Campaign Spokeswoman Statement on Congresswoman Capps’ Debate Schedule
SANTA BARBARA – Today, Capps Campaign Spokeswoman, Ashley Schapitl, released the following statement regarding the Congresswoman’s debate schedule.
“Congresswoman Capps has accepted the invitation of KEYT and the Santa Barbara Daily Sound as well as Santa Barbara City College to attend their candidates’ forums later this month. From cutting taxes for small businesses eight times, to reducing interest rates for student loans, to enacting a patient's bill of rights to ensure your health insurance is always there when you need it, the Congresswoman has a great story to tell, and is looking forward to participating. She will also be traveling up and down the Central Coast this October meeting with constituents in a variety of settings, as she always does," said Ashley Schapitl, campaign spokeswoman.
